About us
Everything has begun in an outdoors outfitter store. I worked there as a sales person for
tents, sleeping bags, and backpacks, Alina started working in a part time job. Already at
the first joint assignment there was something in the air.
We found out about our similar interests, got on well from the beginning, only I needed a
little bit longer (ca. 3500km on my own) to realize that Alina is exactly the right person
for me.
Unadvantageously Alina had to leave for the Canary Islands, Spain in order to lead hiking
tours and I stayed with the store. This did not keep us from planning and accomplishing our
first long tour on the GR11 in the Spanish Pyrenees and from resolving to thru-hike the
Pacific Crest Trail.
